Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following store policies.
Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you prefer, we also accept payment by Direct bank transfers, but this may delay your order as we must wait for your funds to be received before we ship any merchandise.
The Postage Charge for each order is just £1.50
All orders are sent using Royal Mail's first class service therefore delivery time is usually 3 to 5 working days from the day you order
All orders placed by 2pm are processed and dispatched the same day Monday to Friday
We do not post at weekends therefore all orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday morning.
We do not post orders outside the UK
In the unlikely event that one of the items purchased is not available for immediate dispatch we will advise you of a dispatch date.
Please Note - We can only ship orders to the billing address of the credt/debit card used for payment for security purposes. If you require an alternative delivery address please contact us, this may be considered at our discretion
Please place a note within the package with at minimum your name, address and telephone number on it, any customer reference and the date shown on your receipt.
Refunds will not be given for products which have been damaged by misuse.
Our maximum refund will not exceed the total price paid for the goods. We will on request refund your reasonable return costs.
Any faulty products must be returned within a reasonable length of time after purchase.
As per the current UK Distance Selling regulations, intention to return Non-Faulty goods may be given at any time up to 14 days after you receive them.
We will accept a return at your expense and give you a refund for the goods value when we receive the goods, which must be within 30 days of you receiving them originally.
We ask that you notify us within 14 days of receipt if you are returning an item.
You have a duty to ensure that the item (including all packaging, certificates etc) is in mint condition, specifically that no parts are missing and all factory sealed bags/liners are still sealed.
The goods remain your responsibility until they are received by us, so please send by Recorded Delivery so that a claim may be made with the post office should they lose your package.
If the product has been used rather than simply opened and examined, we will reduce the refund accordingly.
We will refund on receipt of the product at our premises.
