We're based in Leven, Fife and our business has grown from a tiny spare room to our current 2,500 square feet unit. We're in the process of modifying our unit and if you follow us on facebook or read our blog, we will be keeping everyone up to date with our progress.

We're a true family affair here at Bead Workshop! Myself (Claire), my Husband (Charlie) and my Mum (Evelyn)  all contribute to the well oiled machine(!) that is the website and we each have our own areas of responsibility. I deal mainly with Customer Service, Evelyn packages up your goodies and Charlie is our Chief Technical Officer (or mumbo jumbo guy as I like to call him!).

We really believe that good customer service sets you apart and we will always aim to go above and beyond. Everything on the website is in stock, ready to ship that day and we'll send everything by 1st class post for just £1.50.
